Our Tune-Up Checklist

• Clean and inspect burner assembly
• Test ignition system operation
• Check and clean flame sensor
• Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
• Test safety controls and limits
• Measure gas pressure and combustion
• Lubricate blower motor bearings
• Check blower wheel and belt condition
• Inspect flue and venting
• Test thermostat calibration
• Replace standard air filter

Why Bother?

Furnaces that get annual maintenance last longer and break down less. We catch small problems — a dirty sensor, a worn belt — before they strand you at 3am in January. It's cheap insurance.
